Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small-batch, slow fashion brand, some pieces may be made to order, which can extend processing times slightly. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Baby Aquarius is not responsible for packages lost or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly, and we will do our best to assist you.
